David B. Mischak concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense, and divides his time at local, state and federal courts.

Mr. Mischak is admitted to Practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Mischak is a member of the National Association of Defense Lawyers and serves on the Steering Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association White Collar Crime Committee. Mr. Mischak received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Muhlenberg College in 1990 and his law degree from Temple University in 1993. He was selected as a "Rising Star" for 2005 and 2006.
