William Davis is an accomplished trial attorney and represents clients in complex personal injury cases as well as criminal cases filed in both state and federal courts. He has won millions for injured clients, in addition to winning countless acquittals in criminal court.

Mr. Davis prides himself on presenting a winning personal injury case to juries. As a result, he has won large awards for clients injured in the workplace, automobile accidents, slip and falls, and as a result of civil rights violations. Mr. Davis brings the skills of a trial lawyer and former prosecutor to the investigation and litigation of personal injury cases and fights tirelessly to achieve the best possible results for his clients.

Mr. Davis is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He graduated cum laude from Villanova University in 1998 and cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2004. Similar to his colleagues at the firm, he has been recognized for his skills as an attorney and selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star.  He has also been selected as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers Association.

He serves on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Committee on the Rules of Evidence, and shares his experience with other lawyers by lecturing across the state at CLE classes.
