(Hershey, PA) Fortunato N. Perri, Jr. of McMonagle Perri McHugh Mischak Davis was a featured panelist at the Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges Annual Meeting, which took place on Friday, July 24.
His program, “Criminal Non-Trial Dispositions,” explored the many ways criminal cases can be resolved outside of trial, examining how such dispositions are processed and their real-world impact on attorneys, defendants, victims, and the courts.
Perri joined a distinguished panel that included the Honorable Charles Ehrlich of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas; the Honorable Ann Marie Wheatcraft, President Judge of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas; and Angela Brennan, Supervisor of the Major Trials Unit for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
The invitation to participate is a nod to Perri’s extensive courtroom experience and his standing among legal professionals contributing to judicial education and discussion throughout Pennsylvania. Perri is nationally recognized for his work in criminal defense and complex civil litigation. As a founding partner of McMonagle Perri, he has represented clients in high-profile criminal matters and catastrophic injury cases in both state and federal courts for over 30 years.
