Mr. Segal leads our real estate team, handling residential and commercial litigation and risk management, real estate and landlord-tenant matters. Under Mr. Segal’s leadership in the landlord-tenant law, the firm represents local, national corporate and individual landlords.
He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association and sits as a member of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association Supplier Council. He has argued hundreds of cases in Philadelphia Municipal Court, Pennsylvania Common Pleas Courts, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of PA.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Segal became a skilled trial attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he successfully tried hundreds of major felony criminal matters to verdict. He then joined a local Philadelphia firm where he rose to become partner, specializing in real estate and personal injury matters.
Mr. Segal is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He graduated with honors from New York University and cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is fluent in Spanish.
