Stephen M. Maleno, Jr., focuses on union legal representation, providing valuable counsel and advice to members.
Mr. Maleno currently works with one of the largest unions in Philadelphia, assisting individuals with internal affairs investigations, personal injury representation, contract negotiations and general business counsel.
During law school, he interned with both the Montgomery County and Delaware County District Attorney offices, conducting court hearings, performing legal research, and drafting briefs. He also served as an intern at the Central Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic in Harrisburg, assisting indigent clients on a variety of legal issues, including family law, employment matters, and estate law.
