Samuel Butler focuses on matters involving criminal defense and personal injury.
Mr. Butler works with clients accused of crimes to protect their rights and ensure they receive a fair, expeditious process. Additionally, he works alongside other attorneys in the representation of those who have suffered injuries due to negligence.
His work in law school included participating in the trial advocacy program, which helped to prepare him for his work as an intern with the York County District Attorney’s Office and, upon his admission to the bar, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. There, he served in both the Municipal Court and Juvenile Units, working with victims and litigating at hearings and trials. From this work, he has gained an insider’s understanding of prosecutorial strategies, evidence evaluation, and weaknesses in a prosecution case, which he leverages on behalf of his clients charged with crimes.
Mr. Butler is, literally, a team player, having been an NCAA Division 1 wrestler in college who now coaches others in the sport. His ethics and tenacity are matched only by his commitment to hard work.
